Own and execute the new-business strategy across the healthcare ecosystem — distributors, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturers.
Lead the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, from prospecting through close.
Position and sell subscription-based services and specialized products to senior decision-makers.
Deliver executive-level demos and presentations that convert prospects into long-term customers.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts at the executive level.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in cold chain logistics, to inform commercial strategy.
Set, forecast, and exceed sales targets, with full accountability for new-business revenue.
Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, including company-wide training, CRM data entry and maintenance, and adherence to internal tools and processes as they evolve.
