About The Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager, Convenience at Feastables, you will help drive growth across one of our most important retail channels. This role is responsible for leading broker and distributor relationships, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong execution across convenience retailers and wholesale partners.

You will work closely with brokers, distributors, and customers to identify growth opportunities, improve in-market execution, and bring Feastables to more consumers wherever they shop. From new item launches and promotional programs to distributor partnerships and field execution, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across the convenience channel.

The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of convenience retail, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to drive results through strong relationships, accountability, and execution. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead broker relationships across the convenience channel, driving accountability, execution, and business growth
  • Establish clear performance expectations, scorecards, and KPI tracking to support broker success and channel performance
  • Conduct regular market visits, distributor meetings, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with convenience retailers, wholesalers, and distributor partners
  • Drive distribution expansion, incremental placements, and velocity growth across regional and independent convenience accounts
  • Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies across distribution, merchandising, promotions, and new item launches
  • Partner with distributors and wholesalers to improve product availability, inventory management, and execution quality
  • Identify opportunities for secondary placement, cold vault expansion, checkout positioning, and impulse merchandising
  • Own account planning, shipment forecasting, promotional calendars, and trade investment planning for assigned customers
  • Analyze sales trends, retailer performance, and market data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth
  • Deliver customer presentations, business reviews, and recommendations supported by retailer insights and performance data
  • Monitor performance across revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution metrics
  • Partner closely with Customer Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to support strong cross-functional execution
  • Support commercialization efforts for innovation launches, seasonal programs, and key customer initiatives
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights that help inform broader commercial strategies
  • Spend significant time in market evaluating merchandising standards, promotional compliance, and overall execution quality
  • Represent Feastables at industry events, trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer presentations
  • Help build excitement around the Feastables brand while strengthening customer, distributor, and broker partnerships

Recipe for Success:

  • 4+ years of experience in CPG sales, convenience sales, distributor management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the convenience retail landscape, distributor networks, and route-to-market dynamics
  • Experience managing broker, wholesaler, and distributor relationships
  • Proven ability to drive distribution, execution, and business growth in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging syndicated data, sales reporting tools, and customer insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution
  • Experience working in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% as needed
  • Passion for consumer brands, retail, and the creator economy
