Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Acorn’s presence within your territory by identifying, engaging, and educating key aesthetic providers. This role requires an independent, strategic thinker who can navigate the challenges of launching a novel product in the aesthetics and regenerative medicine space.

You will be instrumental in developing market adoption strategies, building strong provider relationships, and driving revenue growth in your assigned region. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys pioneering new markets and building from the ground up.

This is not just another sales role but an opportunity to introduce a brand-new category to the aesthetics industry. If you are a strategic, self-driven sales leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Strategic Growth

  • Own and develop your assigned region, identifying early adopters and market leaders in aesthetics, dermatology, and regenerative medicine.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and acquisition to onboarding and long-term account management—to drive adoption of Acorn’s platform.
  • Be a trusted consultant to your clients, guiding them through integrating a new category in their practice.
  • Identify market gaps and competitive opportunities, leveraging insights to refine sales strategy and execution.

Consultative Selling & Business Development

  • Develop a deep understanding of stem cell banking, Secretome, and aesthetic applications to educate providers and drive engagement.
  • Execute conceptual and consultative selling, helping providers see the long-term value of integrating Acorn’s technology into their offerings.
  • Drive the sell-in and sell-through of Acorn’s solutions, ensuring practices purchase and actively utilize and advocate for the product.
  • Lead regional training sessions, demos, and educational events to create momentum in your market.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive patient demand for Acorn clinics.
  • Provide real-time feedback from the field, shaping future marketing campaigns, messaging, and educational tools.
  • Partner with sales leadership to build a scalable, high-impact go-to-market strategy for long-term success.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Leverage CRM (e.g., Copper) and data analytics to track performance, refine targeting, and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to measure progress against goals.
  • Manage territory budgets, travel expenses, and account prioritization to maximize revenue impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, or medical device sales is preferred, as is a strong dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa network.
  • Proven success in launching new products or introducing a novel category—someone who thrives on breaking new ground and navigating the unknown.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—able to work independently, think critically, and adjust strategies on the fly.
  • Strong business acumen, comfortable making strategic decisions on territory management, pricing conversations, and market positioning.
  • Ability to educate and influence—translating complex science into actionable insights for aesthetic providers.
  • Comfortable in a high-touch, consultative sales environment that requires multiple touchpoints and long-term relationship building.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Copper, Salesforce, etc.) to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (50%) to build and support accounts in person.

What’s in it for you:

  • We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and additional perks that reward your hard work and dedication.
  • You will get to be part of a forward-thinking team at the forefront of regenerative medicine and cellular preservation.
  • You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare, making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients and society.
  • You will have opportunities for professional development and advancement as we continue to expand and innovate.
  • You will be joining a passionate, diverse team that values creativity, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
  • You will work with the latest advancements in biotech and gain exposure to groundbreaking research and applications.
  • Unlimited PTO, paid Parental Leave, L&D Budget, Employee stock options, etc.
