The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western region; AZ, NV, CA, WA, and UT. This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution. This role has direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team of outside sales representatives while driving growth across a multi-state territory.

This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While posted in California, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $120,000–$175,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Program: Performance‑based bonuses tied to team and regional results
  • Additional Incentives: Rewards for new customer acquisition and key performance milestones

  • Develops and executes regional sales strategies that drive sustainable growth
  • Leads, coaches, mentors, and holds accountable a team of outside sales representatives

You Bring…
  • Proven sales leadership success within industrial, packaging, manufacturing, or B2B distribution environments
  • Experience managing multi-state or regional sales teams
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • Confidence negotiating and closing complex opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent leadership and sales experience will be considered
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% throughout the Western region
