Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies that drive adoption of Helix testing services
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Proactively lead partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Apply product and services knowledge across the diagnostics portfolio to develop strategic selling presentations
- Maintain an accurate forecast and sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, consistently documenting and tracking all leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives
- Travel (60%)
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing diagnostics role
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or other related field
- Advanced science degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the genomics industry
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and navigate change
- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail & data accuracy
- You must be located in one of the following cities: Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Houston TX, Dallas TX or Minneapolis, MN

There are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer: 1) Base Salary 2) Annual Bonus 3) Equity
- Expected Helix Base: `$139,000 - $180,000
- Incentive Compensation Plan

- Day 30 - 60: you’ll spend time contributing to projects, deeply familiarizing yourself with team and company processes, and developing a deeper understanding of Helix’s products, services and capabilities.
- Day 60 - 90: you’ll build your OKRs with your manager, start to take ownership of projects and initiatives on your team, and begin to demonstrate your impact on the Helix mission.
