Own and execute a regional sales territory: develop annual sales strategy, prospect and retain customers, meet forecasts, present software, record CRM activity, support marketing and public-sector procurement, and leverage AI to improve results.
What will be your impact?
- Plan & manage a sales territory according to an agreed upon Sales Strategy;
- Creates a comprehensive annual Sales Strategy through four key areas:
- Continually gather and analyze market data and industry trends
- Consistently develop comprehensive competitor knowledge
- Create and refine value messaging for products based on circumstances within each territory
- Define specific methods for delivering value messaging within each market
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed upon business aims including: achieving or exceeding quarterly/annual forecasts while managing expenses, personal time management and productivity.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast goals.
- Timely and frequent recording of sales activities and milestones via division CRM.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings, and internal company functions, to aid business development.
- Ability to articulate and present basic software features and functions in congruence to individual customer’s areas of focus and priorities.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, conferences and tradeshows.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

What we are looking for?
- 5+ years of sales experience, Software sales a plus but not required
- AI Forward thinker
- Hunter attitude with a competitive spirit
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users
- Superior oral, written and presentation skills necessary
- Building and managing a territory
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills necessary, especially effective listening & customer orientation mastery
- Experience supporting public-sector software evaluations, procurements, or RFP processes
- Familiarity with mass appraisal concepts, valuation workflows, and assessment operations
- IAAO certifications (CAE, RES, PPS, or similar credentials) are a plus
- Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce/CRM
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year.
