About Tavrn: Tavrn is a pioneering legal AI company transforming the plaintiff law sector

through automation of medical chronologies, demand letters, and medical record retrieval. We

are dedicated to becoming the leading AI-driven solution provider for personal injury, medical

malpractice, workers' compensation, SSDI legal practices, and beyond.

Position Overview: We're hiring a Regional Vice President to lead our Enterprise Account

Executive team. Revenue has grown four consecutive quarters and pilots convert quickly. The

constraint now is coverage: we plan to add 8 to 14 AE seats this year alongside this one. You

will own hiring, ramp, deal strategy, and forecast accuracy for the enterprise segment, reporting

to the VP of Sales. The motion is proven and documented, so this role is about making it

repeatable across a larger team rather than inventing it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, ramp, and lead the Enterprise AE team. You own the bar, the interview loop, and time to first close.

  • Own team quota and forecast accuracy. Run weekly pipeline review and the enterprise warboard.

  • Lead deal strategy on the largest pursuits and be personally in the room, alongside the CEO where needed.

  • Design territory coverage, account tiering, and per-rep blindspot analysis.

  • Hold pilot rigor across the team: pilots scoped, instrumented, and reviewed weekly. Pilot conversion is the primary leading indicator.

  • Run quarterly business reviews per rep, focused on moving upmarket and intentional territory penetration.

  • Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations on enterprise segment feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years leading a quota-carrying enterprise AE team, including through a period of real headcount growth rather than steady state.

  • Has owned a team number in an environment with six-month-plus deal cycles and multi year contracts.

  • Has hired at volume, and can articulate the bar held and the hiring misses learned from.

  • Player-coach, still comfortable running a deal personally rather than managing through dashboards.

  • Experience with pilot or proof-of-concept led sales motions, including how to keep them honest.

  • Experience selling to law firms, healthcare, insurance, or professional services is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation with OTE of $400K (incl. Equity).

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • A proven, documented sales motion to scale rather than invent.

  • The chance to build your own bench. Most of the team you would lead has not been hired yet, and recruiting partners are already engaged.

  • 8 to 14 Account Executive seats being added this year.

  • A short line to the top. You report to the VP of Sales, the CEO sponsors strategic deals personally, and decisions get made in days.
