The Regional VP, Nexity Technology Sales is a strategic hunter and technology subject matter expert responsible for driving new revenue through the sale of Nexity hardware and software solutions. This role is focused on aggressively pursuing and closing new business while maximizing long-term recurring revenue through SaaS and transaction-based income streams across a multi-asset, multi-segment client base.
As a market-facing sales leader, this individual actively builds and converts a robust pipeline through direct prospecting, relationship development, and in-person engagement. At the same time, they serve as a trusted advisor and technology expert—educating clients and internal stakeholders on Nexity’s capabilities, value proposition, and application across diverse environments.
This leader owns the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through close, partnering cross-functionally to design solutions, structure deals, and ensure seamless deployment. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear, revenue-generating outcomes for clients.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 plus commission.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Descriptive Statement(s)

New Business Growth (Hardware + Recurring Revenue)

Drive new revenue by selling Nexity hardware and software solutions across multiple verticals. Prioritize opportunities that generate both upfront hardware sales and long-term recurring revenue through transaction fees and SaaS subscriptions.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on maximizing total contract value—balancing hardware deployment with sustainable, high-margin recurring revenue streams. Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, payment flows, and transaction capture across all verticals.

Client Engagement & Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to owners, operators, and developers by positioning Nexity as a platform that enhances the arrival-to-departure experience while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.

Pipeline & Performance Management

Build and manage a strong pipeline within Salesforce, with clear visibility into hardware sales, SaaS revenue, and transaction-based income. Accurately forecast and track performance against revenue and margin targets.

Financial & Solution Development

Partner with internal teams to develop compelling, data-driven proposals, including hardware configurations, SaaS pricing, and transaction fee structures. Leverage Proposify within the CRM to build, manage, and deliver proposals. Develop high-quality executive summaries and client presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, clearly articulating ROI and total value.

Market Presence & Brand Representation

Represent Towne Park and Nexity at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to generate demand and expand market presence.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and the Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure seamless execution—from solution design and pricing to deployment and ongoing revenue optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

•            Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals.

  • Experience selling in commercial real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or transportation sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in a hunter-style, quota-carrying role with measurable revenue growth results.

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structures, and contract negotiation.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines and reporting.

Knowledge & Skills:

-Sales Expertise (Hardware + Recurring Revenue Focus): Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close complex deals that combine hardware sales with long-term SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams. Skilled in articulating a clear value proposition that balances upfront investment with ongoing revenue generation.

-Relationship Building & Executive Communication: Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Able to engage and influence senior decision-makers (owners, asset managers, developers) through consultative, solutions-oriented selling.

-Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of financial modeling, ROI analysis, and pricing strategy. Ability to structure proposals that optimize total contract value, including hardware, SaaS, and transaction fee components.

-Strategic & Results-Oriented: Highly organized and disciplined in managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Uses data, market insights, and pipeline analytics to prioritize efforts and drive consistent performance against aggressive growth targets.

-Technical & Proposal Proficiency: Experienced with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. Proficient in Proposify for proposal development and management. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to create executive-level proposals, financial models, and client presentations.
