We operate in a fast-paced environment where timing is critical. When a timeline is committed, it is essential that we deliver on time. If you have a passion for delivering successful releases, a background in driving release planning and execution for large-scale E-Commerce/CRM/ERP/Cloud Native in-house digital products, thriving in a fast-paced digital transformation environment, we want you to be a part of our journey.

This position is a mix of:

  • Hands-on technical leader – requiring constant deep dives into systems, developing extensive knowledge of the technology architecture, and ensuring robust release processes.

  • People leader – leading and mentoring a team of Release Engineers who manage technology-specific releases, fostering collaboration and accountability across the delivery pipeline.

Core Aspects of Release Management in Our Organization:

  • Communication – Ensure transparency by generating clear release notes for any release exposing features to business or consumers.

  • Calendar – Maintenance of a consolidated up-to-date release calendar, including freeze periods, enabling proper planning across all product teams.

  • Execution – Orchestration of complex technical releases since planning until post go-live validations, as well as dependency and resource management.

  • Governance – Establishment and enforcement of clear guidelines to enable smooth operations and uneventful releases.

About the CDI Experience Organization:

The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the release planning, scheduling, and execution across digital product teams.

  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Processes Owners, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment on release timelines.

  • Lead and mentor Release Engineers, providing guidance on best practices and career development.

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery schedules or product quality.

  • Drive continuous improvement in release processes, ensuring efficiency and predictability.

  • Act as the central point of contact for release communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.

  • Monitor release performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for all releases.

Who are you:
