Turn Vehicles into Revenue. Move Inventory That Matters.

Fox Rent A Car is growing its remarketing team and seeking three Regional Remarketing Sales Managers to support key markets across Arizona, Nevada, Florida, and California. This is a remote, regionally based role with periodic travel to company locations and auction partners.

In this role, you will lead vehicle remarketing activity across multiple locations within your assigned territory, build strong buyer relationships, and help drive revenue through smart, market-focused sales strategies. This is an opportunity to step into a visible regional role and make a direct impact on performance.

Compensation includes a base salary plus incentives, aligned to regional scope and results.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the resale of retired fleet vehicles through physical and digital auction channels.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto auctions and dealer partners.

  • Support both buying and selling activities within the auction environment.

  • Analyze residual values, wholesale pricing, and market trends to set pricing strategy.

  • Negotiate vehicle pricing to maximize return while managing inventory aging.

  • Track and manage multiple auction sales and inventory streams simultaneously.

  • Maintain a strong focus on Average Days to Sell and inventory turn.

  • Use AutoIMS and reporting tools to monitor vehicle status and sales performance.

  • Review fleet and sales data to identify trends and drive improved results.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure vehicles are ready, accurately represented, and sold on time.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in auto auctions, fleet remarketing, wholesale vehicle sales, or commercial consignor environments.

  • Hands-on experience buying and/or selling vehicles at auction.

  • Strong working knowledge of wholesale pricing, residual values, and vehicle depreciation.

  • Proven experience negotiating vehicle pricing or managing resale value.

  • Experience managing high-volume vehicle inventory across multiple channels.

  • Familiarity with AutoIMS or similar auction and remarketing platforms preferred.

  • Experience using data, reports, or dashboards to guide pricing and sales decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional education or training in automotive, business, or sales disciplines is a plus. 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to evaluate market conditions and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to balance speed-to-sale with value preservation.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

  • Data-driven mindset with sound judgment.

  • Clear communicator who works well with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Self-directed and accountable for results.
