About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst to support day-to-day operations through accurate data entry, record updates, and administrative coordination. In this role, you’ll help maintain internal data, organize digital records, review information for accuracy, and support routine reporting and documentation tasks.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and digital systems in a remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, forms, and internal systems
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Organize digital files, reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist with reporting, record tracking, and routine administrative tasks
- Help maintain accurate, up-to-date internal records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and online tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or back-office operations is a plus
Compensation
USD $17–$23 per hour
Part-Time | Approx. 20–30 hours per week
