THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Product Marketing to lead Product Marketing for our Engineering Intelligence (EI) business.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining market positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, sharpening our category narrative, enabling revenue growth, and building a world-class Product Marketing function. The role will manage a growing team of Product Marketers and work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and Corporate Marketing.
This leader will play a critical role in helping Accuris strengthen its position as the leader in Engineering Intelligence and accelerate growth across both existing customers and new logos.
We are looking for a modern Product Marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution and understands how AI can fundamentally improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of go-to-market programs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Product & Platform Positioning
  • Define and evolve the positioning and messaging for the Engineering Intelligence portfolio, including:
    • Engineering Workbench (EWB / EWB Pro)
    • AI Assistant
    • Thread / Traceability
    • Goldfire
    • Integrations and workflow solutions
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value.
  • Drive category creation and thought leadership around Engineering Intelligence.
  • Build competitive positioning against traditional standards providers, engineering workflow tools, and emerging AI entrants.

Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Lead GTM planning and launch execution for new products, capabilities, integrations, and AI initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap narratives and market readiness.
  • Create scalable launch frameworks, enablement plans, and adoption programs.
  • Develop segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies across engineering, quality, compliance, R&D, and digital engineering audiences.
  • Help shape category leadership and market awareness for Engineering Intelligence.

Sales & Revenue Enablement
  • Equip Sales and SDR teams with messaging, tools, battlecards, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to improve sales readiness and effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Revenue leadership to improve conversion, pipeline quality, and win rates.
  • Support strategic enterprise deals and executive-level customer conversations.
  • Help shape packaging, pricing, and commercial narratives.
  • Develop value-based messaging around engineering productivity, compliance, digital transformation, and technical decision intelligence.

AI & Modern Marketing Operations
  • Leverage AI tools and modern GTM technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, scalability, and execution speed.
  • Use AI to accelerate:
    • Content creation and messaging development
    • Competitive and market analysis
    • Persona and ICP research
    • Launch planning and campaign optimization
    • Sales enablement and customer insights
    • Executive presentations and strategic storytelling
  • Identify opportunities where AI can remove friction, improve decision-making, and increase organizational leverage.
  • Help establish best practices for AI-enabled Product Marketing workflows across the organization.
  • Build a culture of operational excellence by incorporating AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern marketing tools into day-to-day execution.

Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a growing Engineering Intelligence Product Marketing organization.
  • Establish operational rigor, prioritization, and performance standards.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
  • Develop deep expertise in the engineering software, standards, compliance, and industrial technology landscape.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into roadmap, messaging, and GTM decisions.
  • Monitor emerging trends in engineering, AI, compliance, digital thread, traceability, and technical knowledge management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
  • 10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience leading and developing Product Marketing teams.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, industrial technology, engineering software, PLM/ALM, AI, or technical platforms.
  • Proven success leading enterprise GTM initiatives and product launches.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and executive-level buyer conversations.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

AI & Modern GTM Expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve team productivity, execution quality, and go-to-market outcomes.
  • Strong familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing and research workflows.
  • Experience applying AI to market analysis, content development, messaging refinement, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of how AI is changing enterprise software buying behavior and GTM execution.
  • High degree of curiosity, adaptability, and experimentation with emerging AI and GTM technologies.

Preferred
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, compliance, standards, digital thread, traceability, or industrial software markets.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled enterprise workflows and technical knowledge systems.
  • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth transformation environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS INFORMATION
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
