Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online systems)
- Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or planning is a plus but not required
