We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Remote Tourism and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role combines travel planning, client support, destination research, and digital marketing to help connect travelers with memorable vacation experiences.
The ideal candidate enjoys researching destinations, communicating with clients, creating engaging content, and staying organized while managing multiple responsibilities. You will assist with travel-related requests while supporting marketing efforts designed to promote destinations, accommodations, tours, and other travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, attractions, and other travel experiences
- Assist clients with identifying travel options based on their preferences, interests, and budgets
- Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, and itinerary information
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to general travel inquiries
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners regarding reservations and travel arrangements
- Assist with creating and scheduling travel-related content for social media and digital marketing channels
- Support promotional campaigns highlighting destinations, travel experiences, and seasonal offers
- Maintain accurate client records, correspondence, and travel documentation
- Provide timely and professional customer service throughout the planning process
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills required, including email, web browsing, online research, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
- Customer service, hospitality, tourism, marketing, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required
