Job Description

Job Position:Reporting Analyst Supply Chain Operations

Location:San Bruno, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

As a reporting analyst on the Operations Team supporting the Ship from Store (SFS) program, the associate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the SFS supply chain and working cross-functionally to solve problems. This includes qualitative feedback and information provided by Field Operations (Stores) as well as proactive monitoring of quantitative KPIs. Day to day responsibilities will be to: 

- Work with the ship from store team to address daily order exceptions and communicate/ work with other partners to determine root cause and drive issue resolution. 

- Monitor and manage emails regarding exceptions and ensure prompt response and resolution for them. 

- Monitor the SFS network orders and proactively identify issues to minimize customer disruption. 

- Create and execute daily operational reports that communicate key program KPIs. These include financial metrics such as sales as well as operational metrics 

- Run ad-hoc reporting needs for the operations team. 

- Perform quantitative assessments of issues, diagnose root causes, and recommend solutions. 

- Clearly communicate areas for improvement to all levels of leadership as required. 

Qualifications 

- High school diploma; BA/BS degree preferred 

- 2+ years’ experience extracting, managing and creating reports using large data sets. 

- Proven experience with SQL with the ability to extract and piece together data to drive analysis 

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of formulas and pivot tables a must. 

- Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written 

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite. 

- Prior experience in retail or ecommerce is a plus

- Position to be filled to help support the team for Holiday support. 

- The analyst will support our Holiday efforts supporting the Client Supply Chain Operations teams. This analyst will be focused on supporting the Ship from Store (SFS) program. 

- Has to be willing to be flexible with working hours, especially early work start needed closer to holiday period (Nov 20 Dec -20) to support Client efforts. 

- Need to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

High school diploma; BA/BS degree preferred 

Proven experience with SQL with the ability to extract and piece together data to drive analysis 

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of formulas and pivot tables a must. 

- Strong and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
