We’re looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Documentation Specialist to support the ProScore Core Portal by building, maintaining, and documenting dashboards and reports. This role sits at the intersection of data, reporting, and product documentation, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate, and well-structured insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports within the ProScore Core Portal
- Use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data sources for reporting accuracy
- Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Stimulsoft
- Document report logic, data definitions, metrics, and assumptions clearly and consistently
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand reporting needs
- Ensure reports are reliable, easy to interpret, and aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity, performance, and usability
- Maintain version control and change logs for reports and documentation
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations)
- Hands-on experience with Stimulsoft for dashboard and report creation
- Experience producing clear technical and non-technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured reports
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with analytics or reporting platforms beyond Stimulsoft
- Familiarity with KPI definition and metric standardization
- Background in fintech, scoring systems, or data-driven products
- Experience supporting internal portals or SaaS platforms
