We are seeking a Product Owner to lead our Client Reporting workstream, partnering closely with the VP of Client Reporting and senior stakeholders across the Private Wealth business.

Who You'll Work With:

The Reporting workstream owns the strategy and delivery of client-facing reporting across digital and print channels, including our web and mobile platforms and on-demand report delivery tools used by high-net-worth clients and advisors.

Using Agile methodologies, the Reporting Product Owner works cross-functionally across business, technology, design, and operations teams to identify and deliver the highest value reporting initiatives for clients.

This role plays a key part in shaping the future of digital reporting, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Client Reporting workstream and related initiatives, setting priorities and aligning roadmap decisions with senior Private Wealth leadership

  • Partner with sales teams and clients to gather feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, surface risks, and generate new reporting ideas

  • Conduct competitive research within and beyond the financial services industry to inform the long-term vision for reporting

  • Act as Product Owner in an Agile development environment, partnering with analysts, engineers, and QA to clarify requirements, prioritize the backlog, and support efficient delivery

  • Track and analyze reporting usage metrics, including adoption trends and client demographics, to inform prioritization and decision-making

  • Test new reports and enhancements to ensure solutions meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders

  • Collect post-release feedback from sales teams and clients to evaluate outcomes and inform continuous improvement

  • Present roadmap updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services, or experience in digital product management in a related industry

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, assess trade-offs, and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Resilience and persistence in driving complex initiatives through obstacles to successful delivery

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach combined with creativity and sound judgment

  • Ability to work independently under pressure while also contributing effectively as part of a team

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience working in Agile development environments preferred

  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools a plus

The Reporting workstream manages client-facing reports in all digital and print formats including My Bernstein (Online & Mobile App) and Report Center. Using Agile Methodologies, the Reporting Product Owner partners with Business Analysts, Technology, Design, Performance Reporting, Client Reporting, Operational, and Sales and Senior Management teams to identify and implement the highest value-add reporting projects for our clients.

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:

Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000

Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards. In addition AB provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick and vacation time off
