Research Engineer

We are looking for a Research Engineer to join our Tel Aviv team where we are breaking new ground in the applied research of understanding human-to-human conversations.

The work is both analytical and experimental in nature. It includes development and prototyping of new algorithms and evaluating their performance on extensive and large data sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop algorithms for speech recognition and natural language processing enterprise software applications

• Train ML models for speech recognition, natural language processing and other potential ML tasks

• Work with latest large language models

• Work closely with development teams to bring ML services to production

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or equivalent

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.

• Knowledge in speech recognition and/or natural language processing.

• Practical development knowledge of Bash and Python.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in similar role.

• Experience developing statistical based data mining commercial solutions is a major plus

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Ability to work well alone and as part of a distributed multicultural team.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

The ideal candidate would also have experience with

• 5 years of professional experience developing commercial software product

• Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Sage Maker, etc.)
