Job Description
Role Summary:
Are you excited about cutting-edge technology and making a tangible impact? Our team is at the forefront of innovation, designing and developing the distributed systems that power large-scale simulations for our researchers. These simulations are critical in developing the best models or alphas for live trading, directly generating revenue for our firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the data platform, focusing on efficiency and scalability
  • Design and implement solutions for data storage and data management
  • Build and maintain backups and recovery systems
  • Work on data processing pipelines to improve performance and reliability
  • Collaborate on initiatives related to cloud infrastructure and deployment
  • Reason about data efficiency in high-performance environments

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong programming skills; proficiency in Go (primary language)
  • Experience with C++ (preferred) and ability to transition to Go if primarily C++-based
  • Background in the tech industry preferred; experience in finance industry a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or other major providers)
