Position Summary:

With a fleet of more than 50 river ships, coastal vessels, canal barges, paddlewheelers, and innovative specialty ships, CroisiEurope operates in over 30 countries across Europe and worldwide. We are known for our hospitality, all-inclusive onboard value, immersive itineraries, and providing exceptional culinary experiences.
Our US office is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused travel professional to join our Group & Charter back-office team. This role supports our Regional Sales Managers with group/charter bookings, operational coordination, add-on and custom services and documentation to ensure a seamless client cruise experience. You will also provide reservations support to our FIT team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information on available products, pricing, schedules, and promotions.
- Create, modify, and manage reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments, issue invoices, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Assist travel advisors, partners, and direct clients with booking-related questions.
- Process and manage group cruise reservations, contracts, invoicing and payments
- Maintain accurate booking records and monitor group space allocations
- Coordinate group/charter rooming lists, payment schedules, and final documents
- Liaise with internal departments and overseas offices regarding group requirements
- Assist with promotional offers, group amenities, and special requests
- Provide timely support to travel advisors and clients via phone and email
- IN-PERSON, M-F 9:30a-5:30p. This is not a remote position.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2- 3 yrs in a Group/Charter department required (specifically large groups with cruise lines, coach tours, tour operators, or travel agency.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred), booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
- Intermediate to fluent French preferred but not required
