Our Mission

Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.

About the role

Most companies focus on getting customers. We're obsessed with keeping them.

At WarriorBabe, we help women transform their lives, not just for a few weeks, but for the long haul. That means retention isn't an afterthought. It's one of the biggest growth levers in our business.

We're looking for a Retention Manager who thrives on solving problems, spotting patterns, and turning at-risk clients into long-term success stories.

This isn't a customer support role.

This is a revenue-driving role that sits at the intersection of customer success, strategy, analytics, and relationship building.

You'll own the entire renewal lifecycle, identify churn risks before they become cancellations, improve our retention systems, and help maximize the lifetime value of every WarriorBabe client.

If you love improving systems, making data-driven decisions, and creating experiences that keep customers engaged, we want to meet you.

What you'll own

Own Our Renewal Engine

You'll be responsible for every client renewal from identification to outcome. That means ensuring no eligible client reaches their renewal date without a clear plan, documented outreach, and a defined next step.

You'll manage the entire renewal pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, track performance, and keep every opportunity moving forward.

Reduce Preventable Churn

Not every client who wants to leave should leave.

You'll proactively identify clients showing signs of churn, understand the root cause, and work alongside our Coaching and Customer Success teams to determine whether there's a path to continued success.

This isn't about convincing people to stay.

It's about solving problems before they become cancellations.

Lead Retention Conversations

You'll own and continuously improve how we approach renewals.

From messaging and discovery questions to objection handling, follow-up cadence, and value reinforcement, you'll refine the conversations that help clients make the best decision for their goals while improving WarriorBabe's retention performance.

Drive Revenue Through Client Lifetime Value

Retention is one of WarriorBabe's largest revenue levers.

You'll own key metrics like renewal rate, renewal revenue, pipeline health, churn trends, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy while delivering weekly insights and recommendations that help improve business performance.

Identify Growth Opportunities

Retention isn't only about keeping clients—it's about recognizing when they're ready for what's next.

You'll own the ascension process for eligible VIP clients, ensuring opportunities are identified, nurtured, tracked, and converted into continued transformation journeys.

Become the Expert on Why Clients Stay (or Leave)

Every cancellation tells a story.

You'll analyze churn trends, recurring objections, coach-related patterns, engagement gaps, financial barriers, and client feedback to identify what's working, what's broken, and where we can improve.

Your insights will directly influence how WarriorBabe evolves its customer experience.

Build Better Systems

You'll constantly look for ways to make our retention machine stronger.

Whether it's improving HubSpot workflows, automating manual processes, tightening follow-up cadences, or refining reporting, you'll help build a retention engine that's proactive, measurable, and scalable—not dependent on manual effort or guesswork.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you'll:

  • Take ownership of our renewal pipeline.
  • Build predictable renewal processes and reporting.
  • Reduce preventable churn.
  • Improve renewal conversion rates.
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve both client experience and retained revenue.
You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
  • Have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Love digging into data to find opportunities.
  • Naturally think in systems and process improvement.
  • Are highly organized and obsessed with follow-through.
  • Can balance empathy with business outcomes.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for direction.
  • Enjoy solving problems before they become bigger problems.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience managing subscription or membership renewals.
  • Worked inside HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience reducing churn in coaching, SaaS, fitness, or recurring revenue businesses.
  • Built retention playbooks or lifecycle processes.
Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$110,000 annually

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly performance-based incentives tied to retention KPIs, including achieving and exceeding our 50% renewal rate target.

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded. As you help increase client retention, reduce churn, and drive recurring revenue, you'll directly share in the impact you create.
