Centro Benefits Research is an ancillary benefits consulting, communication, and technology general agency that delivers research, analysis, and process facilitation for brokers and insurance carriers. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital Health, one of the largest leading Benefits and HR Consulting firms in the country.  Our team is rapidly growing and so is our need for strong operational talent.  

 

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Data Analyst to aid in the preparation, processing, and analysis of revenue data that informs key business and financial decisions. This role partners closely with the CFO, Finance, and Consulting Team to support their data, reporting, and business analytics needs. You will help shape the vision strategy, and goals of our reporting function, enabling smarter decisions and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage data to uncover opportunities for operational and financial improvement 

  • Prepare reports and analyze data, including locating, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling data from various sources 

  • Create a comprehensive portfolio of standard management reports and analysis in Salesforce  

  • Ensure timely and accurate cash posting; investigate and resolve discrepancies. 

  • Monitor revenue data integrity in Salesforce and support reconciliation efforts 

  • Maintain status reports of any revenue discrepancies and work with external carrier teams to manage assignment process 

  • Communicate financial and operational metrics to stakeholders across the organization 

  • Find, investigate, and resolve data quality problems and recommend process improvements 

  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly revenue reports and forecasts, and lead recurring revenue review meetings to align stakeholders and drive informed decision-making 

  • Collaborate with Salesforce product team, other data and analytics teams and finance teams across the enterprise to learn and apply best practices relative to data management, Salesforce and financial management processes 

  • Recommend system modifications and enhancements to business application team to enhance data management processes 

  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed  

 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Strong domain knowledge in insurance and employee benefits 

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 

  • Self-directed and proactive; solid follow through on projects and assignments 

  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement 

  • Ability to balance priorities and work in a lean environment 

  • Outstanding troubleshooting, communication, presentation, documentation, and leadership skills 

  • Enjoys being part of a smaller team with a big mission 

  • Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously with ability to confidently prioritize and manage time and deliverables 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with advanced expertise in MS Excel 

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage 

  • Skilled in data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/etc.)  

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
