We move fast, we care about craft, and we're proud of what we're building. If you're energized by turning hard problems into real-world impact, we'd love to meet you.

Job Description

About the Role

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States or hybrid from Nearmap's Lehi office (if local).

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, analytically minded Revenue Data & Insights Analyst to build, maintain, and optimize the reporting foundation that empowers our sales leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions. In this role, you’ll own the creation and management of sales dashboards, pipeline analyses, whitespace analyses, and performance insights that directly influence go‑to‑market strategy and revenue growth.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast‑growing SaaS company where data, efficiency, and strong operational processes are essential to scaling our commercial engine.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports covering pipeline health, account health, funnel metrics, and sales productivity.
  • Develop and operationalize whitespace analyses, territory coverage insights, account segmentation, and expansion opportunity models.
  • Own data quality frameworks to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define success metrics and create visibility into leading indicators.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline process with data integrity checks, trend analyses, and scenario modeling.
  • Provide insights on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal pacing, and at‑risk opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and recommend adjustments to pipeline generation activities and forecasting assumptions.

Insights & GTM Strategy Support

  • Deliver actionable insights that help shape sales strategy, coverage models, territory design, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze historical sales data to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support GTM initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and sales plays, with data-driven recommendations.

Tools & Systems

  • Work closely with RevOps and GTM LT on CRM hygiene, enhancements, workflows, and adoption.
  • Help evaluate, implement, and maintain sales tools that increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles—ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience working with BI/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

Why you'll love working at Nearmap:

  • Company-sponsored volunteering days to give back.
  • Generous parental leave policies for growing families.
  • Work from Overseas Policy - explore the world in the approved list of cities while you work!
