Element451 is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Architect to build the systems that drive autonomous growth and predictable revenue as we scale a modern SaaS platform serving higher education.
This role will build and operationalize the revenue intelligence stack—including CRM data architecture, Snowflake pipelines, and AI-powered workflows—to drive autonomous execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be the person who sees around corners and builds the infrastructure that lets our GTM teams act on insights in real-time.
What You’ll DoRevenue Predictability: Build revenue predictability across ARR, NRR, churn risk, and expansion with dynamic models that are always current.
Dynamic Modeling: Build and maintain models for territory mapping, pipeline forecasting, product upsell potential, and customer health scoring.
Whitespace Mapping: Map the full addressable market, identifying expansion signals across account hierarchies and subsidiaries to surface net new revenue opportunities.
Data Infrastructure: Architect and manage data pipelines between HubSpot, Intercom, and Snowflake, while defining and enforcing data governance standards.
AI Orchestration: Deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems that drive real GTM outcomes with measurable business impact.
Executive Reporting: Deliver MBR and executive-level reporting that prescribes what we do next, grounded in what already happened.
System Optimization: Audit and resolve all data integrity gaps between HubSpot and Snowflake to establish a single source of truth.
Predictive Launch: Successfully deploy a dynamic expansion and territory model that is actively used by AEs and AMs for lead prioritization.
Autonomous Workflows: Implement at least two AI-powered workflows that significantly reduce manual GTM coordination or identify churn risks before they happen.
Revenue Impact: Demonstrate a measurable increase in pipeline velocity or expansion revenue directly attributed to revenue intelligence insights.
Experienced GTM Builder: You have 6 to 9 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Revenue Intelligence at a high-growth SaaS company.
Data Architect: Snowflake is a requirement; you write SQL, build data pipelines, and understand data warehouse architecture.
AI Innovator: You have an AI builder mindset and have built workflows or agentic systems that drive business outcomes.
Strategic Communicator: You can present complex data to a CRO or CFO and translate those insights into actionable decisions.
Bonus Points: You have experience with EdTech, higher education institutional data (IPEDs/Carnegie), or tools like Clay, n8n, and Airbyte.
Element451 helps colleges and universities modernize how they enroll, engage, and support students. Internally, we apply the same mindset to how we operate—using technology, automation, and AI to work smarter, move faster, and scale impact without unnecessary complexity.
