About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking a results-driven Revenue Marketing Manager to accelerate growth in our Enterprise and Mid-Market business across the New England region. In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales and channel teams to design and execute strategic marketing programs that drive awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen partner relationships. You bring a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to campaign and event execution. With a deep understanding of pipeline generation and marketing performance metrics, you excel at managing multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do: 
  • Plan and execute integrated field and channel marketing programs—including webinars, executive events, trade shows, and sponsorships—that support sales goals across the New England territory
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, and alliance stakeholders to develop joint pipeline generation plans and account-based marketing strategies
  • Localize corporate campaigns to maximize regional relevance and impactManage budgets, calendars, and timelines to ensure efficient and on-time program delivery
  • Track and report program performance using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Sigma; optimize based on results and feedback
  • Create and coordinate sales enablement materials that align with New England-specific goals and support revenue outcomes
Must Haves: 
  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience in field, channel, or demand generation roles
  • Demonstrated success in executing local, regional, and virtual marketing programs that generate pipeline
  • Ability to measure, analyze, and report performance metrics across the funnel
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across sales and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-25%
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related industries
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e.g., distributors, systems integrators) and procurement cycles
  • Ability to adapt messaging for specific personas and buyer journeys
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and business intelligence tools

At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. 

Base salary range:
$120,000$150,000 USD
