We are seeking a Revenue Operations & Accounting Manager to play a key role in how we manage and understand revenue across our growing and global SaaS business.
 
This role owns the core revenue operations workflow – from contract review and invoicing to revenue recognition and ARR reporting – and helps improve and automate processes as we continue to scale. You will work with modern systems and make improvements, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and help ensure leadership has clear, reliable insight into how the business is performing.
 
This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining accounting rigor with operational problem-solving and data analysis.

You Will:

  • Revenue Accounting & Contract Review
  • Review customer contracts and amendments to understand pricing, billing and performance obligations.
  • Apply revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606) and document conclusions clearly.
  • Maintain revenue schedules and deferrals in NetSuite.
  • Support accurate and timely monthly close activities related to revenue.

  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations including review and quality control of invoices and issue customer invoices directly as needed  for complex deals or during peak periods.
  • Ensure invoices align with contract terms.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to resolve billing questions efficiently.

  • Sales Commissions
  • Partner with Sales Operations to calculate quarterly sales commissions and maintain commission schedules.
  • Ensure commissions accounting complies with ASC 340-40 and maintain deferred commission amortization schedules.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations, HR and Payroll to ensure timely payments.

  • ARR, Customer Analytics & Reporting
  • Own and maintain the company’s ARR database across new bookings, renewals, and churn.
  • Produce recurring metrics including ARR rollforwards, churn analysis, retention metrics, and product mix.
  • Support FP&A with inputs for forecasting and planning.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting used by leadership and Board presentations.

  • Systems & Process Improvements
  • Help maintain clean, reliable data across NetSuite, Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort and partner cross-functionally on system improvements and automation initiatives.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in revenue accounting, financial operations, or audit.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and ASC 606, ASC340-40 and IAS.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ARR tools a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort withing with data.
  • Thoughtful, detail-oriented and collaborative.
  • Comfortable growing with a fast-paced SaaS business.
