If you're excited by big challenges, smart teammates, and a high-velocity environment, we’d love to meet you.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, AI-first Revenue Operations Analyst to own order management, commission reconciliation, and light collections across Salesforce and NetSuite. This role ensures accuracy and integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle - from deal close through invoicing, commission payout, and cash receipt - while continuously using AI and automation to remove manual, repetitive work.
This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and RevOps and serves as a critical control point to ensure that booked revenue, commissions paid, and cash collected are fully aligned, auditable, and increasingly automated over time.
- Order Management & Deal Audit
- Review all Closed-Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure:
- Accurate products, pricing, terms, billing schedules, and revenue treatment

- Manage a structured Pending Review → Audited → Booked workflow
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean handoff from opportunity to invoice
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and RevOps
- Maintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external audits
- Use AI and automation tools (e.g., LLM copilots, anomaly detection, templates) to:
- Pre-check deals against policy
- Flag exceptions and potential revenue leakage
- Generate concise audit summaries for Sales and Finance review
- Review all Closed-Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure:
- Commissions & Payout Audit:
- Audit all commissionable deals prior to payout
- Validate commission rates, splits, accelerators, and eligibility
- Confirm invoices are issued and paid in NetSuite per commission policy
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and RevOps
- Maintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external audits
- Leverage AI-assisted spreadsheets or workflows to:
- Reconcile bookings vs. commissions more quickly
- Standardize explanations and documentation for disputes
- Audit all commissionable deals prior to payout
- Light Collections & AR Support
- Monitor past-due invoices in NetSuite
- Conduct professional, relationship-aware outreach on overdue balances
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to unblock payment issues
- Escalate risk accounts, trends, and aging concerns to Finance leadership
- Use AI to draft and standardize collections outreach, while maintaining appropriate tone and personalization.
- Process Ownership
- Serve as a functional bridge between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and consistency across revenue systems
- Identify recurring deal, invoicing, or commission issues and recommend process improvements
- Document standard operating procedures and update them as systems and policies evolve
- AI-Driven Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously scan for manual, repetitive steps in order management, commissions, and collections and propose AI/automation solutions.
- Design and maintain AI-assisted workflows, such as:
- Templates/prompts for deal audits, commission checks, and collections messaging
- Light-weight automations using no-code tools, report copilots, or scripts to reduce manual data manipulation
- Partner with RevOps and Finance to pilot, measure, and productionize AI-driven improvements (e.g., reduced touches per deal, fewer errors, faster cycle times).
- Track and communicate the impact of AI/automation initiatives (time saved, error reduction, improved SLA adherence)
- 2+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, Sales Ops, or Order Management
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (invoicing, AR, or order management)
- High attention to detail with a strong audit and controls mindset
- Ability to enforce policy while partnering constructively with Sales
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, basic modeling)
- Demonstrated experience using AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, report copilots, no-code automation platforms) to streamline finance, RevOps, or operations workflows — with at least one concrete example you can describe.
- Comfort working with structured data and designing prompts or templates that produce consistent, reliable outputs.
- Competitive compensation and benefits that reward your talent and impact.
- Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
- A front-row seat in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem, where you’ll work on cutting-edge challenges shaping the future of SaaS, finance, and payments.
- The opportunity to build truly groundbreaking products — your work won’t just support the business; it will influence how companies around the world monetize and grow.
- A high-energy, collaborative culture where smart, supportive teammates push each other to learn fast, think boldly, and do the best work of their careers.
- Room to grow, lead, and make your mark in a fast-scaling company that values creativity, ownership, and ambition.
We believe that the right way to accelerate business results is by giving go-to-market teams agility - to sell and monetize ANY revenue model, across ANY channel, with complete and accurate revenue visibility end-to-end.
