Harbor is seeking an Analyst, Revenue Operations to support the systems, data, and processes that enable our Go-to-Market organization. This role will be central to maintaining high-quality Salesforce data, supporting end users, preparing and importing data, and helping translate business needs into effective Salesforce enhancements. 

The Analyst will partner with Client Engagement, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to improve data integrity, reporting, adoption, and process efficiency across Harbor’s Go-to-Market systems. This is a full-time position that can be worked from anywhere in USA or Canada

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, including troubleshooting issues, answering process and system questions, and escalating technical matters as appropriate. 
  • Prepare, validate, cleanse, and import data into Salesforce and related Go-to-Market systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards. 
  • Monitor and improve data quality across Salesforce, Clari, and related systems by identifying duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated records and coordinating corrective action with relevant teams. 
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide business stakeholders with clear, actionable visibility into pipeline, activity, account, campaign, and performance data. 
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting needs. 
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for the Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Serve as a business tester for Salesforce enhancements, including creating test scenarios, validating configurations against requirements, documenting results, and supporting user acceptance testing. 
  • Document Salesforce processes, data standards, reporting definitions, and user guidance to promote consistent adoption and enablement across the organization. 
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for employees on Salesforce, reporting, data-management practices, and other Go-to-Market systems. 
  • Participate as a business analyst on key Go-to-Market projects, helping identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, system usability, and data reliability. 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience working with Salesforce in a business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or client engagement environment. 
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and end-user support. 
  • Familiarity with data preparation, cleansing, imports, record maintenance, and data-quality controls. 
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, reports, or process improvements. 
  • Experience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing for Salesforce enhancements. 
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market systems such as Salesforce, Clari, LeadIQ, or similar platforms is preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail. 
  • Ability to interpret business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear process documentation and training materials. 
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive, with strong planning and project-management skills. 
  • Positive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage expectations, build trust, and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and user experience.
