About Haus
Haus is a marketing science platform that helps brands measure and maximize the business impact of their marketing spend with scientific precision. Over $360B spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and re-allocate it to maximize growth.

Haus was built by a team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and others to make high-quality decision science accessible to businesses of all sizes. By automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation, we empower our customers to make more profitable, data-driven decisions. We hear our customers frequently rave about our product, for example "we've seen north of 10x ROI on our annual investment in Haus in the first 2 months alone.”

Haus is on a hypergrowth trajectory, well-capitalized, and backed by top-tier VCs including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized and has made the list for 2025's exceptional startups!

What You'll Do
Haus is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations tools and processes, coupled with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them clearly. You will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing funnel, improving data integrity, and providing key insights to inform strategic decisions across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Analytics: Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track key marketing and sales performance indicators including funnel conversion rates, velocity, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Marketing Efficacy: Develop marketing attribution models to accurately measure and drive the impact and ROI of various marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Pipeline Forecasting: Collaborate marketing channel owners to provide data-driven insights that support pipeline generation forecasting.
  • Campaign Operations: Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing lists, segmentation, and ensuring proper tracking and data capture.
  • Lead Management & Conversion: Oversee and refine lead scoring and outreach processes to ensure high-quality leads are efficiently passed to the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Data Governance: Champion data integrity within marketing systems. Develop and implement data quality standards, conduct regular audits, and manage data enrichment processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Data Analyst role, preferably in a startup/B2B SaaS business.
  • Experience with Hubspot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Experience developing dashboards in data visualization tools (Tableau)
