Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.

We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.

Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as the functional "engine room" for our revenue teams. Reporting to a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our Sales and Client Management teams. Your goal is to ensure our daily operations run without friction by managing ad-hoc data requests, troubleshooting workflow issues, and maintaining the integrity of our go-to-market systems.

This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented problem solver who wants to learn the "first principles" of how a world-class revenue engine is built and maintained.

Where you will work:

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

What you will do:
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues, questions, exceptions, and edge cases related to the execution of Sales and Client Management workflows
  • Own the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests, building reports and performing rapid-response analysis to help leadership make real-time decisions
  • Partner with GTM Systems & Data to ensure data integrity within Salesforce and our GTM stack by performing regular hygiene tasks and identifying data gaps
  • Assist Revenue Operations Managers in the design and documentation of new processes, helping to map out the detailed logic for complex workflows
  • Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards to ensure every member of the revenue team has the visibility they need to track progress against goals.
  • Refining and tracking key performance metrics to understand and measure the performance of Garner’s commercial organization
The ideal candidate has:
  • 2-4 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, OR 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role. Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
  • Business or STEM undergraduate degree required
  • You have a high degree of comfort with data and don’t just pull reports, but actively look for the "why" behind the numbers
  • You enjoy taking things apart to see how they work and get excited to find the root cause when a workflow breaks
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ad-hoc is the norm and can prioritize a high volume of requests without losing attention to detail
  • You can translate technical system issues into plain English for our Sales and Client Management partners
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.  Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
