About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

As RevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our go-to-market (GTM) functions and company growth overall.

This is a highly skilled leadership role designed for someone who's AI-pilled and thrives building complex GTM systems, partnering across multiple stakeholders, and driving critical outcomes for the business.

This role requires a strategic leader who takes initiative, balances strategy with execution, and owns solutions end-to-end. You'll be responsible for identifying business challenges, developing strategies and solutions, optimizing workflows and automations, and ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams operate with efficiency and clarity.

Your efforts will have a significant impact on the number of children and adolescents receiving mental health support in the regions within which we operate.

  • Operate as the "CEO" of our GTM Innovation org

  • Design and deploy AI-first solutions that transform how we go to market

  • Analyze funnel performance data to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., competitive win rates, conversion metrics, expansion performance)

  • Develop and maintain robust funnel reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth

  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health analysis, and GTM efficiency initiatives

  • Identify, design and optimize revenue workflows and processes, improving efficiency across GTM teams

  • Lead concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional collaboration

  • Translate business needs into scalable systems, automation, and tools (CRM, analytics platforms, GTM enablement tech, etc)

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering in high-growth B2B environments

  • Deep experience with GTM AI tooling, GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, etc), analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms

  • Strong analytical skills, you use data to identify trends, measure success, and inform decision-making

  • A self-starter who maintains a passion and acumen for identifying and driving operational efficiencies and scalable growth across GTM teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management, you collaborate effectively across teams and levels

  • You have experience working at fast growing start-ups where you helped build GTM from early foundation or one of the early members of a founding sales or revops team

  • You thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and are energized by owning and building processes, adapting quickly, and creating momentum in ambiguity

Why Marble
  • Direct impact on kids' mental health access, this work is meaningful
