Who We Are

We’re building the future of real estate — today.

HomeLight is the real estate technology platform powering innovative transactions for top agents, lenders, and their clients. Our technology makes it easier to buy and sell homes, whether that's enabling clients to buy before they sell, find a top agent, or have certainty through a modern closing process. Each year, HomeLight facilitates billions of dollars of residential real estate business on its platform for thousands of agents and loan officers. Our vision is a world where every real estate transaction is simple, certain, and satisfying for all.

Our team breaks barriers every day while staying committed to HomeLight's goals and core values, which is a crucial element to our shared success.

Who You Are

You are an AI-driven operator who thrives at the intersection of revenue, operations, and automation. The moment we connect a client with an agent or investor and when that referral turns into a successful transaction is the most important point in the business for the client, the agent, and HomeLight. You’re obsessed with making sure this process is seamless, accurate, and timely, so that revenue is realized without friction.

You are detail-oriented but also strategic, equally comfortable building scorecards to track operational health as you prototype AI workflows in tools like v0, Replit, Lovable, and Bolt. You are proactive, metrics-driven, and energized by the chance to help the business scale its most critical operations.

What You’ll do Here

  • Streamline Referral-to-Revenue Operations: Own and optimize the workflows that power HomeLight’s core business — ensuring that every successful referral moves smoothly through to collection and revenue recognition.
  • Build AI-First Workflows: Use cutting-edge AI tools (v0, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, etc.) to automate manual tasks, accelerate collections, and eliminate bottlenecks in revenue operations.
  • Own Operational Scorecards: Define, track, and maintain the metrics that measure the health of referral, support, and collection processes. Proactively surface gaps and recommend changes to keep collection efforts aligned with business targets.
  • Enhance Collections Performance: Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure timely collections, reduce leakage, and improve agent compliance while preserving strong relationships with agents and investors.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops leadership to design scalable solutions that increase revenue efficiency and partner satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and approaches that can improve how HomeLight executes, monitors, and scales revenue operations.
  • Educate & Empower Teams: Train teams to adopt and leverage AI tools in their workflows, increasing efficiency and confidence in revenue-critical processes.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in consulting, product operations, or revenue operations — ideally with exposure to support or collections workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree required from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance). The goal of the educational requirement is to effectively do the following:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines, with strong attention to detail and process ownership.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and willingness to learn additional data/AI analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills — a true team player who can influence across functions.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while learning quickly and independently.
Benefits and Perks
  • Medical (Aetna or Kaiser), Dental & Vision (Guardian)
  • Long-Term Disability & Short-Term Disability,
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Accident Plan, and Employee Critical Illness (Guardian)
  • 401k (Guideline), Life Insurance (Guardian) & Pet Insurance (Nationwide)
  • Commuter benefits are offered in certain locations
  • PTO, including Volunteer Days to give back to your community
  • Annual Anniversary Perks, including professional development and sabbaticals!
  • HomeLight Services to help you with buying and selling your home

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $75,000 to $90,000 base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
