About Us

CopilotKit is the #1 open-source platform for connecting AI Agents with user-facing applications. In our first two years, we’ve delivered the fastest growing Javascript AI framework of all time, and built a vibrant community (40k+ GitHub stars, millions of weekly installs, 10s of millions of copilot interactions, double-digit MoM growth), are already monetizing at the enterprise level, and are used by companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100s (including production usage by over 10% of Fortune 500s).

We’re emerging as the default for a critical part of the AI stack: the agent/user interaction layer. CopilotKit brings agents out of demos and terminals and into production, through deep integrations with the leading AI infrastructure companies and hyper-scalers (including the leading AI/infra teams at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others).

Our small, fast-moving team is building the agentic application platform that will define how user-interactive AI actually manifests in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early leader on one of the most complex and high-leverage surfaces in AI — with significant scope for technical, product, and leadership growth.

The Role

You'll be the critical bridge between CopilotKit's 100k+ developers and enterprise revenue — building the data infrastructure and automation systems that convert open-source usage signals into qualified sales meetings. Your primary mission: identify patterns in usage data that indicate enterprise potential and transform anonymous adoption into actionable pipeline.

This role combines data engineering with marketing automation. You'll build databases aggregating data from HubSpot, Scarf, Clay, RB2B, GitHub, and web forms, create queries and AI agents to spot enterprise signals, and execute campaigns that drive meetings. You'll own the revenue engine end-to-end — from signal detection to qualified leads in the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain data infrastructure connecting multiple sources (HubSpot, Scarf, Clay, RB2B, GitHub, web forms) into unified databases
  • Create queries and AI agents to identify Open Source Qualified Leads (OQLs) — companies building production applications with CopilotKit
  • Develop repeatable systems to transform anonymous usage data into enterprise leads
  • Design and execute email campaigns and automated workflows that drive sales meetings
  • Own data quality, enrichment waterfalls, and pipeline reliability

What We're Looking For

  • Data & database expertise: Strong SQL and database architecture skills; experience connecting multiple data sources via APIs and webhooks into clean, usable formats
  • Marketing automation proficiency: Deep Clay experience (critical), HubSpot workflow automation, data enrichment tools (RB2B, etc.), and Scarf or similar open-source analytics platforms
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable with APIs, webhook integrations, JSON, and data schemas; can write basic scripts (Python/JavaScript helpful); troubleshoots independently
  • Open-source to enterprise experience: Understands bottom-up adoption, product-led growth, and how OSS projects convert to commercial revenue
  • High ownership: Thrives in ambiguity with minimal direction; deep sense of ownership over pipeline; builder mentality who ships working solutions fast
  • Systems thinker: Hypothesis-driven, detail-oriented about data quality, sees how pieces connect and builds for scalability
  • Based in Seattle (office-based, not remote)

Bonus Points

  • Experience using AI for data analysis, pattern recognition, and workflow automation
  • Background at fast-growing B2B SaaS startups (Series A-C) or developer tools companies
  • Previous roles in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Growth Ops with data focus

Why Join Us

Work on foundational AI tech: Build the infrastructure powering the next wave of user-facing, AI-native applications
Ship from zero-to-one: Join early enough to shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture while riding the wave of real traction and momentum
Be surrounded by top talent: Join an A+ team and collaborate with world-class engineers, researchers, and AI infra leaders
Make open-source impact: Build in public with a fast-growing, engaged developer community
Own meaningful upside: Competitive salary and real equity with early-stage ownership and line-of-sight to value creation
Build your network: Daily and weekly work alongside the most important teams of the world’s most important companies; on the infrastructure side, the ai/infra teams of Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Langchain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others; on the customer side, the leading ai product initiatives of the world’s top enterprises
Great benefits: 100% health coverage for employees, 50% for dependents, Dental and Vision insurance, competitive paid time off
Remote-first, high-agency culture: Flexible work, no micromanagement, and full trust and ownership
Help define a new category: Shape the direction of a fast-growing, well-funded startup building a core layer of the future AI stack

We're looking for builders with a bias toward ownership: engineers who thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and want to help create something genuinely new. You’re joining at the inflection point: product-market fit is real, momentum is strong, and the most meaningful technical decisions are still ahead.
