About the Team

Revenue Operations at Cardlytics sits at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Data — helping our commercial teams understand what's driving the business and equipping leadership to make better decisions, faster. The team supports both U.S. and U.K. Sales as well as our Supply (Partnerships) organization, providing the insights, systems, and operational rigor that keep the business running smoothly. As Cardlytics scales across markets and business lines, RevOps is the group that leadership turns to for a clear read on performance and the "why" behind it.

About the Position

Cardlytics is seeking a Rev Ops Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.

This role is primarily a business partner to Sales and Partnerships leadership — digging into churn, win-loss, deal slippage, and pipeline trends to surface insights that inform how the business is run. Alongside that ongoing analytical work, the role also owns key operational cycles a few times a year, including quota-setting execution and compensation administration, giving you a firsthand view into the mechanics that drive the performance data you're analyzing. It's a role built for someone who wants breadth — deep enough in the operational details to understand the business, but focused on turning that understanding into insight leadership can act on.

You will

  • Serve as a go-to business partner for Sales and Partnerships leadership, translating data into recommendations that shape how they run their business

  • Analyze churn, win-loss, deal slippage, and pipeline trends across U.S. and U.K. Sales to surface insights for leadership

  • Drive quota-setting execution each quarter — account assignments, splits, and stakeholder communication to build buy-in

  • Administer compensation in Everstage — calculating attainment, validating commissions, and managing the exceptions process — in coordination with Accounting

  • Serve as a point of contact for Sales and Partnerships teams on quota and compensation questions during those cycles

  • Lead the Letter AI sales enablement tool, from supporting launch through ongoing maintenance, as a core piece of the team's tooling

  • Work with the Sales team on auditing Docusign agreements as the first point of contact

You have
  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce (reporting, data hygiene, navigating records) — this is a must-have

  • Experience analyzing commercial performance data (win-loss, churn, pipeline) and translating it into insights for leadership consumption

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with the ability to work with formulas and structured data sets

  • Comfort operating across multiple markets or business lines (e.g., U.S. and U.K.) with differing needs and stakeholders

  • Experience partnering with Sales and/or Partnerships leadership, and cross-functionally with Finance/Accounting

  • Exposure to sales/partner compensation, quota-setting, or incentive comp platforms (e.g., Everstage, Xactly) is a plus, not a requirement

  • Familiarity with contract/e-signature tools like DocuSign (or willingness to learn quickly)

  • Comfort ramping into ownership of ambiguous or evolving processes with Director-level guidance

You are
  • A curious thinker who wants to understand the "why" behind the numbers, not just report them

  • Meticulous, with high attention to detail and real confidence in the accuracy and quality of your data and output

  • A trusted business partner who can build credibility with leadership across different teams and geographies

  • An effective communicator who can distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Comfortable toggling between operational execution and higher-level analytical thinking

  • Highly adaptable and solution-oriented as scope expands with ramp-up

Technical Environment

We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.

Core Values

Our shared values are the driving force behind everything we do. Across all roles, we are looking for teammates who embody these values:

  • Customer and partner first

  • Act with urgency and focus

  • Integrity with our partners and data

  • Accountability even when challenged

  • Empowerment over hierarchy

  • Growth over comfort

Benefits and Perks

  • Flexible paid time off plus company holidays

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on your first day

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, plan also includes a student loan debt repayment option

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Educational assistance for continuing education

  • Lifestyle Spending Account for physical, emotional, and financial wellness (like gym memberships, home down payments, art classes, park passes, and more!)

  • Complimentary Calm app subscriptions to support employee mental health and wellbeing
