We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation that powers our go-to-market organization. This highly visible, hands-on role will partner across the business to drive efficient growth through scalable processes, systems, reporting, and insights.

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will help create visibility into business performance, improve how teams operate, and ensure our go-to-market engine can scale effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, turning data into actionable insights, and working cross-functionally to improve execution across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll doDrive Revenue Operations & Business Execution
  • Support lead & pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting metrics and executive reporting.

  • Own day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, including workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, automation, and data management.

  • Manage and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack, ensuring accurate data flow and alignment between systems.

  • Partner with sales and marketing to define, operationalize, and evolve KPIs for campaign attribution, conversion, and forecasting.

  • Support annual planning initiatives and ongoing business performance analysis & partner with leadership on territory planning, capacity planning, quota administration, and operational decision-making.

  • Analyze business performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights across the funnel

  • Evaluate and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and scalability

Enable GTM Systems & Process Excellence
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable CRM processes, automation, and system enhancements.

  • Establish and maintain CRM governance, including data quality standards, field management, documentation, and change control processes.

  • Ensure HubSpot effectively supports our go-to-market motions and business objectives

  • Leverage deep HubSpot knowledge to improve reporting, automation, lead management, forecasting, and operational workflows

  • Support integrations across the GTM tech stack

  • Conduct regular audits for data integrity and drive continuous improvements to process and tooling.

  • Help define scalable processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead management through renewal and expansion

  • Drive adoption of operational best practices, data governance standards, and process consistency across teams

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or related roles within a SaaS or technology company

  • Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflows, automation, data management, reporting, and user support

  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design.

  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reporting & providing actionable insights.

  • Experience building scalable processes and operating models in growing organizations

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions is strongly preferred
