  • Sales Operations - Manage pipeline health, accounts distribution, quota setting, and deal desk processes. Maintain commission plans in partnership with Finance.
  • Marketing Operations - Operationalize campaign attribution, lead‑scoring, routing, and nurture programs and marketing automation. Ensure data hygiene between systems.
  • Customer Success Ops - Instrument expansion, renewal, and NRR metrics; build playbooks that help CS teams act on usage and health data.
  • Process Improvement - Translate feedback into projects that streamline hand‑offs, reduce friction, and scale repeatable GTM motions.
  • Data Governance - Establish standards for data quality, enrichment, and compliance across all revenue systems.

You are a great fit for this role, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success owning a multi‑system GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI, attribution, enrichment). Hubspot experience is a plus
  • Advanced analytical skills: SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Excel/Sheets wizardry is a plus
  • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scalable processes and clear metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence from IC to C‑suite
  • Humble, hands‑on mindset: comfortable shifting between strategic planning and day‑to‑day fixes

Core Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution oriented
  • Data storytelling & insight generation
  • Project management in fast‑paced environments
  • Change management & enablement
  • Continuous‑improvement mentality
