About the Role

We're looking for our first GTM Engineer to build the operational layer our entire revenue motion runs on. You'll own how our GTM stack is designed, connected, and scaled, from Salesforce architecture to the automation and AI layers on top of it. This is a high-impact IC role where you'll pioneer the GTM Engineering function at Warp, working directly with tenured GTM leaders who give you the context to build well and the independence to decide how.

GTM Engineering is an emerging discipline that blends software operations principles, Salesforce development, and systems design. We're looking for someone excited to build this function from the ground up and treat our GTM stack as a product that needs to be engineered, maintained, and improved over time.

What You'll Own

• Revenue systems: Build the operational layer the whole revenue motion runs on, from Salesforce architecture to the automation and AI layers on top of it

• Salesforce build: Design and build objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards that support GTM teams across the company

• Cross-functional building: Serve as the primary Salesforce builder for Sales, Tech Partnerships, CX, Finance, and more, translating process needs into technical solutions

• Workflow redesign: Partner with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand how the revenue motion works today and where it breaks, then redesign and automate those workflows with better systems design and AI (ergo, cedar, sumble, gumloop, clay, claude)

• Agentic systems: Build agents that run parts of the revenue motion, not just automate steps in it

• Commissions and incentives: Build the systems that run commissions and incentive calculation, so payouts are accurate and questions resolve without manual digging

• Data quality: Build the validation, governance, and structure that the rest of the GTM stack can rely on

• Systems integration: Connect Salesforce to adjacent systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation layers, and own the GTM tooling that runs on top of it, adding and integrating new systems as the stack evolves

• Reporting infrastructure: Build the reporting and forecasting infrastructure GTM leaders use to plan, so pipeline and revenue data is clean and trustworthy by design

• Documentation and enablement: Document and enable what you build so the rest of the org can trust and extend it, not route through you

• Build for scale: Design for where we're going, not one-off fixes, as we bring our org from 30 sellers to 100+

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company

• Hands-on Salesforce experience: building within it, not just configuring it (Flow, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards)

• Familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, Sales Navigator)

• Track record of building processes and systems from scratch in a fast-growth environment

• Strong attention to detail: data quality issues are painful for customers and for us

• Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with limited oversight

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Can juggle multiple workstreams, keep projects moving, and translate messy data into clear insights

Nice to Have

• Hands-on ability with APIs, webhooks, and cross-system workflow design

• Experience building in Clay, or with AI automation tooling (ergo, cedar, sumble, gumloop, claude)

• Ability to build and problem solve with Python, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, or TypeScript

• Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL

• Experience building and maintaining pipeline/forecast reporting for GTM leaders

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
