About Wispr

Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards.
Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it.

We’re a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests them quickly, and builds technology that sparks joy. Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.

About the role

This is a founding role. You'll be one of the first members of our Revenue Operations team, working directly with our VP of Revenue Operations to build the function - the systems, the motions, the plays, and the standard for how revenue operations works at Wispr. You'll build the GTM motions and plays across product-led and sales-led, help the revenue org do the best work of their careers, and shape how customers experience us across the journey.

You’ll build what AI-native revenue operations looks like for the next generation. You'll build the agentic workflows the revenue team runs on and show what operations look like when AI enables new ways of working and approaches. If you want to define what GTM operations can be, this is the role.

The scope is broad, so we're looking for a combination of strong GTM context, technical capability, and building with AI. You won't have deep expertise across every responsibility here, so if you bring that mix, don't rule yourself out.

What you'll do
  • Run the operating cadence and planning: forecast, pipeline reviews, stage and hygiene discipline, territories, quotas, targets, capacity and coverage, segmentation, and headcount.

  • Own the lead-to-pipeline process and its outcomes: qualification, routing, and the SLAs that get the right leads to the right rep fast, with a self-serve path for the rest. You design how it works and own the conversion and SLA numbers, partnering with engineering on the build.

  • Stand up the deal desk and quote-to-cash: deal structure, pricing and discount approvals, quoting, and the handoff from closed-won to provisioned and billed.

  • Own the GTM data model: what the revenue team needs from Salesforce and warehouse data (ClickHouse, dbt), so process and reporting hold up as the team grows. You own the model and the requirements; engineering owns the platform build.

  • Bring AI into the core of ops: rethink the work from first principles and build it in code, versioned in a repo rather than clicked together in setup. Agentic workflows handle the manual load - enrichment, data hygiene, account research, list building, and meeting and deal processing.

  • Report on the full funnel and turn it into action: conversion, pipeline generation, attainment, SLA, and retention, in Hex and Salesforce.

  • Support the team and the customer journey: rep onboarding and plays, and how prospects and customers move through the funnel.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, or a technical GTM role, across product-led and sales-led motions. You've built ops from scratch on a lean team and owned the outcomes of several of these responsibilities (forecasting and planning, lead routing and enrichment, core CRM process), partnering across sales, CS, and marketing.

  • You understand how customers buy and genuinely care about their experience - ideally having worked in a customer facing role at some point.

  • A systems thinker, fluent with data, CRM, and modern GTM tooling, and comfortable working with warehouse data (SQL, dbt). You don't need to be a platform engineer or a career Salesforce admin - you need to reason clearly about systems and get hands-on. A technical background (CS, math, stats) is a common fit.

  • Most of all, you know how to build with AI. You use coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor), work in a repo (git), and bring the team along - that's how you leverage the whole stack without being an expert in every part of it.

  • You connect operational detail to the revenue number and can tell leadership what to do about it.

  • You reason from first principles, hold strong opinions, test them fast, and own the outcome.

Logistics

We sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm.
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
