Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.
We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.
Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over 63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.
Roboflowers are passionate builders who value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action. We're curious, hands-on with new tech, and prefer showing our work over talking about it. Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll help implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack - Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay and more, while also building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.
You won’t be the owner of Salesforce architecture, but you will be a critical builder across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, turning strategy and designs into working systems and filling gaps with custom solutions.

Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting beyond standard Salesforce features
Build lightweight internal tools and custom views to support Sales, RevOps, and leadership
Refine integrations with Salesforce with other GTM tools (sales tech stack like Outreach, marketing enrichment with Clay and Customer.IO, product usage data)
Help design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., deal scoring, risk detection, activity summarization)
Maintain and improve reliability, performance, and data quality across GTM systems
Partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions
5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a developer or technical admin capacity
5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience testing and deploying solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API
Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic
Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration
Experience working across DealHub, Outreach, Customer.IO, Clay, ZoomInfo and related GTM best-in-class tooling solutions
Strategic ability to recommend and build custom solutions where packaged tools don’t fit
Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows
Experience in PLG or developer-first companies
Familiarity with data pipelines, warehouses, or BI tools
Solid programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Salesforce and GTM systems are reliable, well-implemented, and easy for teams to use
Custom tooling and automation reduce manual RevOps and sales effort
Forecasting and reporting are trusted and operationally useful
Pricebook is clean, well-maintained, and supported with our partners in business operations
Compensation tooling is simple and complete, reducing operational load
Lead routing is clean, responsive, and speed to lead has increased
