About Us

Welcome to Reeco, where we’re transforming the back-of-house tech for the hospitality industry. Think of it like this: while hotels are all about luxury and convenience, their operations are often stuck in the ‘90s. From emailing suppliers to doing inventory with pen and paper – it’s outdated, inefficient, and expensive. That’s where we come in! With the power of AI, we help streamline operations for top brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, so they can focus on what really matters – delivering amazing guest experiences while keeping everything running like clockwork.

Reeco partners with hotel management companies, suppliers, and GPOs to modernize purchasing, accounts payable automation, inventory, and supplier collaboration across multi-property portfolios.

Job Summary

This is a strategic role with ownership over how revenue teams operate through CRM and GTM systems. The role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HubSpot across the revenue organization, including ownership of the CRM data model, data quality, and data usage standards.

This role is accountable for ensuring systems and data structures directly support pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion. It partners closely with Marketing, Revenue, and CX leadership to translate business goals into scalable system design and execution.

While partnering with Data Governance on system architecture and broader data standards, this role retains ownership of how data is structured, enforced, and utilized within GTM systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Systems Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HubSpot and GTM Systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth, and CX
  • Define and continuously evolve how revenue teams operate through CRM and GTM systems
  • Ensure systems are structured to support pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion

Business Translation & Execution Alignment

  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements and execution plans
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to prioritize system initiatives based on revenue impact and business needs
  • Coordinate with system administrators and technical teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation
  • Bridge leadership strategy with day-to-day system execution across GTM teams

Revenue Process Architecture

  • Define and optimize revenue processes across the full funnel
  • Own the CRM data model at the business level to support reporting, forecasting, and operational clarity
  • Establish and refine lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and funnel management frameworks

Revenue Accountability & Performance Enablement

  • Accountable for how systems support pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion/renewal
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue, and CX leadership to enable revenue-driving activities through systems and process design
  • Ensure systems directly contribute to measurable revenue outcomes

Automation, Integrations & Systems Innovation

  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage automation and AI across the GTM tech stack
  • Execute and manage workflows, automations, and integrations across systems, including tools such as n8n or similar platforms
  • Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy through system enhancements

Enablement, Adoption & Data Enforcement

  • Own process documentation, system enablement, and user adoption across revenue teams
  • Ensure consistent system usage aligned with defined processes and business goals
  • Enforce CRM data standards, field usage, and process adherence across GTM teams to maintain data integrity

Data & Governance Alignment

  • Partner with Data Governance to align business requirements with system architecture and data standards
  • Ensure data structures support accurate reporting and decision-making without owning technical architecture
Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Proven experience in scaling systems from start up to growth
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
  • Experience with integration and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable operational systems
  • Deep understanding of revenue funnels, lifecycle stages, and pipeline management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Data teams
  • Strong analytical and process design skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven workflows within GTM environments

Success Profile

  • Thinks in systems, not tasks
  • Balances strategic ownership with hands-on execution
  • Drives alignment while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Focused on revenue impact, not just process optimization
  • Operates as the central force connecting leadership vision to frontline execution
