On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overall compensation related activities including:

  1. Benefits (Primary): Acting as the "First Responder" for global employee inquiries and supporting the US Open Enrollment and 401k audit cycles.
  2. Compensation Support (Secondary): Assisting with market data surveys (Radford/Mercer) and maintaining job architecture within the HRIS.
  3. HRIS & Data Integrity (Tertiary): Partnering with the HRIS Administrator to audit data flows and ensure 100% accuracy in our global people records

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a self-starting, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join and support our team.  Reporting to the Vice President, Rewards & Systems, you will have the opportunity to make an impact.

THE SKILLSET:

  • Compliance: Basic understanding of US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA) and familiarity with global data privacy standards.

Soft Skills: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with extreme discretion.

At Clari + Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.
