    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Failure Analysis, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, or RF Test Engineering within the semiconductor or wireless industry.
    • Hands-on experience with RF production testing using LitePoint IQxel or equivalent RF test equipment.
    • Experience performing module-level failure analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
    • Knowledge of RF measurements such as Tx Power, EVM, PER, SEM, frequency error, and receiver sensitivity.
    • Experience flashing firmware and executing validation or regression testing.
    • Strong understanding of semiconductor products, PCB-level troubleshooting, and electronic test equipment.
    • Experience using Jira and Confluence for investigation tracking and technical documentation.
    • Excellent technical report writing and customer communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional engineering teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi HaLow (IEEE 802.11ah), or other wireless communication technologies.
    • Familiarity with Manufacturing Test Frameworks (MFT) or automated production test environments.
    • Understanding of JEDEC reliability standards and qualification testing.
    • Experience working with OSATs, contract manufacturers, or supplier quality.
    • Experience in a fabless semiconductor company is highly desirable.
