Team & Context

At the heart of Murex’s client-facing excellence, the Client Services Product Domains empower consultants to grow deep expertise while shaping the final product – the Mx.3 implemented at our clients - in close collaboration with the Product division. 

With 400+ team members across Tunis, Paris, Beirut, Nicosia and London, we deliver high-value services — support, implementation and upgrade projects,  presales — to 145+ client instances. We propose a wide range of client facing or domain roles : from Stream Leaders and Support Coordinator to Product Champions and Managers in the domain, offering diverse career paths and leadership opportunities within Client Services and beyond.

While you will be based in Tunis, you’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional community in the functional or technical domains: Trading, ERM, Operations, Finance, S4C, PAC — and will also contribute to regional initiatives while developing market-specific insights.

Your team 

As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for talented Junior Murex Consultants to join our CS EMEA ERM domain in Tunis and play a key role in supporting our European clients through production, upgrades, and implementation projects.

 
You will be joining the new team in Tunis, which is fully integrated into the Client Services EMEA ERM domain. This cross-asset team covers all areas of Risk Management, with a primary focus on Credit Risk and Risk Control.

Although physically located in Tunis, the team operates as an extension of our regional structure, working in close coordination with our Paris office. The team is deeply embedded in client-facing activities and plays an important role in delivering high-quality solutions. This setup offers a unique blend of local autonomy and global integration. The direct reporting line is in Tunis, ensuring proximity and agility, while the functional alignment remains with the Regional Domain team in Paris, providing strategic direction, domain leadership, and access to broader initiatives. 

Your missions 

  • Provide support services to the clients : follow-up and solving of open cases

  • Contribute to the building phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate to the client workshops when needed

  • Manage defect correction and product enhancement

  • Conduct training, internal to Murex or to clients

  • Participate to client assistance on-site

  • Work on an internal product evolution stream

Your profile 

  • Graduate (master’s degree from engineering, university) with a specialization in financial markets and/or mathematics.

  • Interest in IT/software development and proficiency in Unix, SQL databases and/or Oracle Sybase is desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Client-facing and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities 

  • Ability to work independently, take initiatives and manage priorities in a dynamic environment 

  • Fluent in English required and openness to travel
