The Opportunity:

The Risk Engagement Advisor will standardize and commercialize the suite of Enhanced Fraud offerings and processes that provide for sound risk management operations, ensure quality expectations achieved in service and establish client advocacy within the risk division. Responsible for the revenue, operational expense, and margin for the Enhanced Fraud Services line of business. Must achieve annual goals related to the financial performance of these services including oversight of pricing, revenue, and margin. Incumbent will identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance the product offering, continue to ensure it is relevant in the market and client satisfaction is high. This individual will also be responsible to ensuring marketing content, case studies and fraud information is being regularly distributed to clients and internal teams. Incumbent will drive and own these items from conception to deployment. This will include collaborating with other department leaders, others within the organization and clients.

Day in the Life:

  • Lead and support pursuit of new markets, business opportunities, and relationships, including but not limited to, potential new clients, products, technical advances and lines of business.

  • Work directly with key leaders (internal and external) in developing client experiences that align with industry fraud trends and with needed financial institution support related to how we work with EFS clients.

  • Build and execute the annual client experience feedback process for EFS solution. 

  • Support planning and develop content materials for RMAG Advisory program

  • Contribute written collateral (E.g. Articles, blogs, Newsletters, Risk Community, etc.,) for the Risk Organization, Account Management, Corporate Communications and Marketing using industry expertise, experience and intellectual property

  • Development and delivery of formal presentational formats with high level management within organization and senior client management, as well as all levels of personnel, members, clients and vendors. Drive our relationship and sales teams with client conversations and expectations for EFS.

  • Partner with key organizational collaborators and departments to understand their key business and marketing challenges, assess and prioritize opportunities, and work efforts and business impact.

  • Partner with marketing and assist in the evaluation of customer facing collateral and development of ongoing materials as needed to support the continued growth of the Enhanced Fraud Services solution

  • Understand and stay attune to all areas of fraud and risk mitigation.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership across multiple channels (organization, clients, vendors).

  • Advocate for both clients and organization resulting in enhanced experiences that focus on supporting our clients needs and their desired service to their members.

  • Manage client pricing and proposals for EFS.  Work with Finance, Billing, Sales and Account Management to ensure we find a balance and achieve goals for the product. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 

  • Eight (8) years within the financial service industry required.

  • Five (5) years professional experience in Corporate/Professional risk management and/or fraud  required.

  • Five (5) years experience with data analytical tools required. 

  • Minimum five (5) years of presentation, engagement, interaction experience including both front line client and executive level engagement preferred. 

  • Project management experience preferred. CFE Certification preferred. 

  • Graphic Design Skills preferred

  • Strong business insight, influencing, client facing skills and deep subject matter expertise in the fraud mitigation, analytics, recovery and payment card industry activity

  • Ability to travel as needed, less than 25%

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
