Ro is hosting an interview day in Romeoville, Illinois, to hire fulfillment pharmacy technicians, compounding pharmacy technicians, and fulfillment associates. Roles support prescription processing, compounded medication preparation, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, packaging, logistics, and patient care. Compounding technicians must follow USP guidelines and standard operating procedures in a regulated environment. The event takes place Saturday, November 14, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians | Be at the center of delivering an accurate, timely, and seamless pharmacy experience for our members. In these roles, you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure prescriptions are processed with care and precision. Ideal for candidates passionate about improving the patient experience and shaping the future of pharmacy.
Compounding Pharmacy Technicians | Support the preparation of high-quality compounded medications in a regulated, quality-driven environment. Prepare and package non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounds while following and maintaining compliance following USP guidelines and SOPs.
Fulfillment Associates | Play a key role in the daily operations by picking, packing and packaging items for shipment and supporting inventory accuracy and logistics. Step into the healthcare world and make an impact on patients’ lives.
