We are hiring Robot Teleoperators to support a robotics pilot launching in early–mid March, with scaling planned in April as a second facility comes online.
This is a shift-based, real-time operations role supporting continuous robot uptime. Robots must remain active throughout the shift — reliability, focus, and teamwork are essential.
How the Role WorksEach robot is operated by a 2-person team:
Operator: Controls the robot using teleoperation consoles and controller-style systems
Observer/Reset Operator: Monitors live feeds, manages scene resets, and supports task flow
Team members rotate roles during the shift
We are initially staffing 6 robots per full shift, with structured coverage to ensure no machine downtime during breaks.
What You’ll DoOperate robots using dual-analog controllers, keyboard/mouse systems, and multi-monitor setups
Monitor real-time video feeds and terminal dashboards
Perform scene resets and maintain operational flow
Follow standard operating procedures
Log activity and maintain shift documentation
Coordinate closely with your teammate to maintain continuous uptime
Maintain consistent robot uptime throughout shift
Demonstrate focus and situational awareness in live environments
Meet task accuracy and efficiency benchmarks

QualificationsRequired:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years out of high school, or some college coursework
Comfortable using gaming-style controllers and computer terminals
Strong hand-eye coordination
Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual
