McCain is embarking on a global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation to improve how we plan and operate our business and supply chain. Key challenges with today's processes include a lack of data connectivity, a lack of engagement from all functions, and a significant time requirement to create demand and supply plans. We are looking to add a Program Manager to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the work, and remove the blockers to success.
About the role.
As McCain Foods embarks on a global digital transformation, the S&OP Project Manager (Business Transformation) will play a critical role in modernizing supply chain planning capabilities across the organization. This role leads the execution of large-scale, global technology and process initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) solutions across all McCain regions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
What you'll be doing.
  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for a global Supply Chain Planning and S&OP digital transformation
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and financials
  • Oversee key workstreams including Process, Change, Training, Business Testing, and Go‑Live readiness
  • Manage testing activities, including scenario planning, execution, reporting, and end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across global, multi‑time‑zone teams and external vendors
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and, where required, act as Scrum Master within a hybrid delivery model
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and contractual performance
  • Coordinate regional deployments, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live hypercare execution
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practices in project and agile delivery

What you'll need to be successful.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT or business project management with increasing leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex global technology implementations
  • Demonstrated delivery experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within hybrid environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage upward and drive accountability
  • Experience leading globally dispersed, cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of McCain's business, culture, and operations
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications (preferred)
