You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful rollout of S4/o9 across the region, collaborating closely with project leadership, regional delivery teams and local BU Leaders.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Strategic Advisor: Act as the primary advisor to Regional Leadership on capability track of the S4/o9 transformation.
- Complex Change Integration: Collaborate with the BU Leaders and Change Management Leads to integrate training into the broader cultural shift, ensuring technical proficiency is matched by mindset and WOW adoption.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify regional risks / knowledge gaps presenting readiness risks and mitigation strategies to BU / Change Teams.
- Lead training related activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users, SMEs and End Users.
- Align BUs in the region to the program training strategy, training curriculum and training governance.
- Identify and implement training readiness and effectiveness criteria.
- Ensure all training material is fit for purpose (e.g. local nuances to the planning model, languages etc).
- Implement a 'train the trainer' approach to equip select individuals in the region to independently deliver training.
- Partner with MDS and SMEs to ensure a training environment with usable data is available to create training materials and deliver training.
- Partner with the BUs to create a training schedule for the region that covers all impacted individuals.
- Report training attendance and training effectiveness.
- Digital Adoption Expertise: Proven experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) to drive user engagement and system proficiency.
- Training Delivery Management: Strong track record in managing end-to-end training delivery within complex, global environments.
- Strategic Assessment: Expertise in conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
What you will bring

- Experience: 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional L&D, Capability or Transformation programs
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in managing the "people side" of implementations across multi-country or functions.
- Leadership Presence: ability to negotiate training requirements against competing business priorities.
- Analytics: Experience using data-driven insights to assess resistance
- Experience in designing and delivering region-wide training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools (for example WorkDay, VILT).
- Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
- System implementation exposure highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
