Role Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and distribute safety data reports to support regulatory compliance and operational decision‑making.
- Investigates solutions to operations' issues/enhancements and develops or contributes to written materials that communicate solutions and/or options to relevant stakeholders resulting in appropriate decisions.
- Ensures that the company's critical information and records stored within safety systems are managed in accordance with external regulations and internal processes, protected and controlled over the long term, and available for critical business needs in alignment with established retention schedules.
- Resolve system and operational issues, document solutions, and support system releases and UAT.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through collaboration with functional teams.
- Assess impacts of changes, propose solutions, and align system use with business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, support training consistency, and contribute to project updates and solution roadmaps.
Basic Qualifications
Education

Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Post‑graduate education may substitute for a portion of the required work experience.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with significant experience may also be considered.
Technical Skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
