About Rhythms

Rhythms is on a mission to transform the way teams work by building an AI-native Operating System for teams. Founded by repeat entrepreneurs behind Chronus and Ally.io (acquired by Microsoft), we closed a landmark $26M seed round backed by leading investors like Accel, Madrona, and GreenOaks, and earned GeekWire’s 2024 Deal of the Year.

Our platform combines multi-agent AI architecture with seamless integrations across tools like Slack, Teams, Jira, and Linear to automate team workflows — from meetings and KPI tracking to OKRs and strategic planning. RhythmsAI helps teams move faster, align better, and build smarter over time.

Your Role

As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in introducing Rhythms to forward-thinking organizations eager to transform their team operations with AI. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demos, deal negotiation, post-sale handoff for product deployment and engagement, while maintaining ownership for renewal and expansion. You’ll be a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on how Rhythms can redefine productivity and collaboration for their teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective customers

  • Conduct compelling product demos that showcase Rhythms’ value in real-world team settings

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve go-to-market strategies

  • Represent Rhythms at industry events and in client conversations as a thought leader in AI + productivity

  • Gather market and customer insights to inform product innovation and messaging

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (B2B, preferably productivity, collaboration, or AI space)

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in early-stage environments

  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate technical and executive-level conversations

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, highly adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity

  • Passion for AI and the future of work — you’re excited to be part of a category-defining product

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

Why Join Rhythms
  • Own your impact: Join at an early stage and shape the sales motion from the ground up

  • Sell a transformative product: Be at the forefront of the AI revolution in enterprise productivity

  • Work with top-tier talent: Collaborate with proven founders and a world-class team

  • Get rewarded: Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits

  • Join a rocketship: Rhythms is backed by top investors and growing fast — be part of something big
